Your privacy matters. This policy explains how UNTZDADDY collects, uses, protects, and handles information when you use our website, memberships, Radio, Vault, licensing services, and related features.

01 — SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
this Privacy Policy describes how UNTZDADDY (“UNTZDADDY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes personal information when you visit or use untzdaddy.com; create, access, or manage an account; purchase or maintain a membership or subscription; access UNTZDADDY Radio, the Vault, member-only content, private releases, or other digital content; request or purchase music licensing, custom music, or other services; communicate with us; or otherwise interact with UNTZDADDY (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Services and other interactions expressly covered by this Policy. It does not govern the privacy practices of third parties that operate independently from UNTZDADDY, even when their services are accessible through or integrated with our Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular processing activity, we will request that consent as required.
02 — INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect personal information directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, and from service providers or other sources that support our operations.
Information you provide to us may include: your name, username, email address, account credentials, contact information, billing information, membership or subscription selections, licensing inquiries, customer-support communications, information submitted through forms, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Transaction and membership information may include: subscription plan, billing interval, purchase and renewal history, payment status, transaction identifiers, cancellation status, membership access level, discounts or promotions used, and limited payment-method information provided to us by our payment processor.
Technical and usage information may include: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, dates and times of access, pages and features used, interactions with the Services, diagnostic information, cookie or similar technology identifiers, and information used to maintain security and prevent abuse.
Communications and inquiries may include: messages you send to us, customer-support requests, licensing inquiries, feedback, and other correspondence.
We ask that you not submit sensitive personal information that we have not specifically requested.
03 — HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to provide, operate, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve the Services; create and administer accounts; process purchases, memberships, subscription renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations; determine and provide the appropriate level of access to UNTZDADDY Radio, the Vault, VIP content, releases, and other membership features; process and respond to licensing inquiries; provide customer support; communicate about accounts, transactions, security, renewals, service changes, and other administrative matters; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, account sharing, abuse, security incidents, and other prohibited activity; enforce our agreements and protect our intellectual property, users, business, and legal rights; maintain business, accounting, tax, and transaction records; comply with applicable laws and valid legal processes; and for other purposes disclosed when information is collected.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, business planning, service improvement, and other lawful purposes where that information is not reasonably capable of identifying you.
04 — PAYMENTS, MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
UNTZDADDY offers paid memberships and may offer other paid digital products, licensing arrangements, or services. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe.
When payment information is entered into a payment processor’s secure payment interface, the payment processor may collect and process that information directly. UNTZDADDY does not need to receive or store your complete payment-card number when payment information is transmitted directly to and maintained by the payment processor.
We may receive transaction-related information from payment processors, such as your payment status, transaction identifier, subscription status, billing interval, renewal status, payment-method type, limited payment-method details, billing information, failed-payment information, and other information reasonably necessary to administer your transaction or membership.
We may use this information to activate and maintain your membership, provide the appropriate access level, administer recurring payments and renewals, process changes or cancellations, investigate payment issues, prevent fraud, maintain required business records, and respond to billing inquiries.
Recurring memberships automatically renew according to the billing interval disclosed at enrollment unless canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy. 05 — COOKIES & SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
UNTZDADDY and service providers that support the Services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to operate and secure the Services, remember preferences and sessions, understand how visitors interact with the Services, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud and abuse, measure performance, and support other functions described in this Privacy Policy.
Some cookies and similar technologies may be necessary for account authentication, membership access, payment functionality, security, or other core features and therefore may be required for portions of the Services to function properly.
Depending on the technologies used on the Services and applicable law, you may be provided with controls for certain non-essential cookies or tracking technologies. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete certain cookies, although doing so may affect the availability or operation of some features.
Where applicable law requires recognition of legally valid opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process qualifying signals as required by applicable law.
06 — RADIO, VAULT & MEMBER ACTIVITY
When you access UNTZDADDY Radio, the Vault, member-only releases, VIP features, or other restricted areas of the Services, we may process account, membership, authentication, and usage information necessary to determine whether you are authorized to access particular content and features.
We may also maintain records reasonably necessary to protect the Services and UNTZDADDY’s intellectual property, including records associated with account access, security events, suspected credential sharing, unauthorized access attempts, misuse of restricted content, infringement, fraud, or circumvention of technical or access controls.
Such information may be used to administer memberships, maintain security, investigate suspected violations of our Terms of Service, enforce contractual or intellectual-property rights, and protect UNTZDADDY, its users, and its content.
07 — HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, professional advisers, payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, security providers, analytics providers, communications providers, and other parties that perform services on our behalf or enable functionality of the Services.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, infringement, or unlawful activity; enforce our agreements or protect our rights; protect the safety, rights, property, or security of UNTZDADDY, our users, or others; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If UNTZDADDY is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not characterize disclosures to service providers acting on our behalf as sales merely because those providers process information necessary to provide their contracted services. If our practices constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under applicable privacy law, we will provide legally required notices and choices.
08 — DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, administering accounts and memberships, maintaining transaction and business records, satisfying legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining security, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable contractual requirements, legal obligations, security considerations, and whether retention is reasonably necessary to protect UNTZDADDY or others.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is retained, we may delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our operational requirements.

UNTZDADDY uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no website, network, transmission method, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or maintained through the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised. You should use a unique, sufficiently strong password and should not share your account credentials with others.
10 — YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES & RIGHTS
Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include rights to request access to or information about personal information we maintain about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of certain information; obtain a copy of certain information; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; object to or restrict certain processing; or exercise other privacy rights provided by applicable law.

UNTZDADDY will honor privacy rights to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted or waived.
If UNTZDADDY engages in activities that constitute the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable California law, we will provide the notices and opt-out mechanisms required by law.
12 — CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and UNTZDADDY does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services without legally required authorization.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in circumstances requiring deletion or parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or functionality provided by third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, social networks, or other services. Those third parties operate independently and may have their own privacy policies, terms, and practices.
This Privacy Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party services you use.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other circumstances.

Your continued use of the Services following an update does not constitute consent where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
